With over 20 years of experience working with children in schools and community settings, I’ve created and led programs that go beyond the classroom — helping students grow into healthier, wiser, and more compassionate individuals.
From teaching English to young monks at a Buddhist monastery in Nepal, to running financial literacy workshops, I have developed hands on programs that stick. My Multi Culti Cooking Program and work with Resto Van Harte have brought schools into kitchens and communities, connecting different cultures, generations, and life stories through food. I’ve organized school events that build empathy, lifestyle lessons that promote health, and intergenerational cooking programs in elderly homes that bring learning to life.
