Update: The surgery was done and succesful!!

After we managed to get all the funds needed for the Surgery it was done on Monday the 17th of November 2025.

The sugery was succesful and now Sarita is recovering from it and will have extensive therapy and she can now focus on her full recovery.

Sarita, a brave young woman from Nepal, is losing her hearing due to a severe infection. Without a cochlear implant, she will be completely cut off from the world. Yet she continues to study to become a teacher – with only 25% hearing in one ear.
