School Project at ROC van Flevoland
I had the pleasure of developing and leading a school project at ROC van Flevoland where we organized a full-day event for students and internship companies. The goal was to create a more relaxed and meaningful way for them to connect—outside the usual job interview setting. Together with volunteers, staff, and the students, we hosted a day filled with good conversations, great food, and genuine interaction. The feedback from the companies was overwhelmingly positive, and seeing how harmoniously the students worked together made it all worth it. It’s a project I’m truly proud of.
